This powerful system revitalised my body, sharpened my mind, and brought profound peace into my being.
For years, I lived a demanding life as a professional chef. Despite my passion for culinary arts, the relentless pace of the kitchen began to take a toll on my health and well-being.
Long hours left me exhausted, stressed, and under constant pressure.
The physical demands were immense, leading me to seek a way to restore my energy and find balance.
My quest led me to the disciplines of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
These practices that have been my sanctuary for over 30 years, offering me refuge from the chaos of daily life.
They became the pillars of my well-being.
Along the way, I also earned a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, treating thousands of patients and teaching numerous students.
BUT MY JOURNEY DIDN'T STOP THERE...
I sought out the world's finest Qigong masters, traveling to China to deepen my knowledge.
My own Sifu, Grandmaster Henry Sue, bestowed upon me the honour of demonstrating Circular Praying Mantis Kung Fu to the head monks at the Shaolin Temple, an experience that fortified my commitment to mastering and teaching these ancient arts.
My journey also included years as a lecturer, where I refined and imparted advanced techniques in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
In my martial arts career, I have achieved the rank of 8th-degree grandmaster in Circular Tong Long Kung Fu, making me the highest-graded student in this system worldwide.
And I have mastered both the Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi, further enriching my practice and teaching.

Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong (Ba Duan Jin) is a traditional Chinese qigong practice that has been passed down through centuries. This sequence comprises eight distinct exercises, each designed to improve physical health and mental well-being. The name "Eight Pieces of Brocade" reflects the elegance and preciousness of the movements, likened to beautiful silk brocade.
Flying Crane Qigong is a graceful and elegant qigong practice inspired by the movements of a crane in flight. This system is designed to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance by imitating the fluid and flowing movements of a white crane.
Microcosmic Orbit Breathing is a Taoist qigong practice focused on cultivating and circulating energy (qi) within the body through specific pathways known as the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) and Du Mai (Governing Vessel). This technique involves deep, rhythmic breathing combined with meditation and visualization to enhance the flow of qi along these meridians.
